Report a mistake
Rules, fees and offices change. If something on a step is wrong or out of date, write to [Email — to be added before launch] and say which step and city it's about. If you can, include the official page that shows the correct information.
What this site does with your data
- No cookies, no accounts, no advertising, no tracking scripts. Nothing on this site loads from other companies — fonts included.
- Your answers and the steps you mark as done are saved only in your own browser (local storage), so you can come back later. They are never sent to us. “Start over” deletes them, as does clearing your browser data.
- Anonymous totals. When you open a step, mark one done, open a source or print, your browser sends us only the name of that event (for example “opened the permesso step”). We add 1 to a monthly total. We don't store your IP address, a device ID or anything else that could identify you, and nothing is sent at all if your browser asks sites not to track you (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control).
- Hosting. Like every website, the servers that deliver these pages briefly handle technical connection data (such as your IP address) to send you the page. [Hosting providers and their log retention — to be confirmed when hosting is set up]
- Links to official sites open those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you can ask what data about you we hold (in practice, none that identifies you), and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can also complain to Italy's data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
